Our social approach
AFACO promotes a social and solidarity-based economy.
AFACO is involved in the « social clauses » system in compliance with article 5 of the Public Procurement Code. Our partners (local authorities, social landlords, employment agencies, associations, SIAE, etc.) provide working hours to individuals who are having difficulty finding employment.
OUR GOAL:
Promote employment for people having trouble entering the job market.
TARGET GROUPS
AFACO uses its integration provisions to help these different groups of people:
- People under 26 years old with little or no qualifications (CAP, BEP level)
- Long-term jobseekers (registered with the French Employment Center for more than 12 months)
- Those who receive basic social benefits (Active Solidarity Income, Disabled Adult Allowance, Temporary Waiting Allowance, Specific Solidarity Allowance…)
- Recognized as a disabled worker
- People over 50 years old that are having difficulty finding a job
- Beneficiaries of the Local Plan for Integration and Employment (PLIE)

Clear, effective and proven measures
The opportunities for training and employment available in our sector of activity in the Ile-de-France region have been significant for several years.
Energy renovation and youth employment were prioritized in the 2002 stimulus plan. AFACO’s actions have been focused on these issues for several years.
We have been supporting the professional integration of young people in the concerned regions by employing them in our renovation projects. We determine the « Full Time Equivalent » and other expectations according to the terms and market value.
